back in my day we had no synchro summons and XYZ effects. and weird ass turn one combo's (obvious lie on the turn one combo there).

but yeah.
i have been out of the yugioh game for...i think 8 years ATLEAST.

decided to randomly get back into it.

found this site is a great place to (re-)build and test my (reinvented) deck idea's before actually pumping money in this card game. (its not perfect, i mean...TOY magician can't be insta placed in spell zone...MAkes me a sad player, but hey...Free card games.)

also, there are some nice people here....

I was in the same boat (although I've stopped for like 3-4 years not 8 and still played the older games). You'll get used to it eventually.

i'm seeing a lot of wind-up/inzektor decks really.
did it seriously become normal for everyone to run the same flipped deck??

i'm losing more games then i'm winning (not that i really mind that) but just hearing folks constantly gloat or be pissed off when i admit defeat after they empty my hand, my field and DEAL 4000 damage before i even had a second turn.
