Good eh? I just got the last cards I needed for my poor man's Darkworld Deck, feel like I'm officially a duelist now.

Cant wait to go to my locals this Saturday and finally be able to duel. I hope dueling in RL is gonna be much better, much more social and no people using bullsh*t decks with 3 rabbits, 3 tour guides, and 3 maxx cs.

if to this tournament goes pro players, players that dedicated some years on ygo... then that's what you will find.,. obviously not in large quantities but still find them.. and probably more often at finals~~

And yeh I knwo the feeling is awesome, welcome to irl dueling, learn to teabag and expect the unexpected ;D

It's a small local with maybe a dozen people, I went there once already to trade some stuff I had. I even did a few "suck up" trades to get to know people (Gave a really old but good quality super poly for a common card destruction) .

I only managed to watch one duel, Scrap vs. Agents, scrap got his ass beaten 3 times in a row.

That's what is awesome about local stores, and really as my own personal experience... expect the unexpected... locals are like that during weeks and weekends.. but when a tourney is announced you can bet you will see alot more people the usual, some people even come from other cities just to have a good time playing and being in YGO tourneys to increase their rating with Konami.

Also, if it is your first tourney be careful with your cards, people sometimes steal on big events, so always keep an eye over your deck and always count your cards at the end of each duel and match, this will also help you avoid having a warning for realizing in middle of game that y0ou are not playing with a 40 card deck ;D

Another thing, always look at your iopponent moves, some people migh try to cheat you by drawning a card when your are not looking at them or try to confuse you, I know this from my personal experience, unfortunatly where I reside had a lot of cheating problems in the past

Lol, I'm not planning to go to any HUGE tourney anytime soon, I just finished my deck. The locals holds small cash pool tourneys with 5 dollar entry and winner gets all, but everyone there's really nice, they have some sort of honor code. Noone touches other peoples cards without permission and everyone's just there to duel and have a good time, nothings really at stake.
