Spellcounter Deck (Suggestions needed)
So here's what I've got so far. I'm not exactly sure what else needs to be done with this deck. It seems as if it's too slow so I'm definitely wanting some constructive criticism. Ultimately, I'm just lacking a specific focus on which route I should take this deck. Should I focus on getting Arcanite Magician to the field?

It seems like you have a deck based on spells then traps.
That'll help, a good card to use for when you activate spell cards is [ Rapid-fire Magician ] It's effect states for each normal spell card you activate [ That does not mean Equip spell cards ] You're opponent takes 400 Damage.
-If you wanted to base a deck around dark magician, skilled dark Magician will also help, get three magic counters on that card, tribute that and the counters to special summon 1 dark magician.

Some cards to consider you may have overlooked or may want to give another look:
alchemist of black spells
dark red enchanter
silent magicians (though people often devote a lot of a deck towards a lv monster)
royal magical library
When someone runs a spell counter deck there's normally variation between preferences. For Instance I don't care much for rapid-fire magician and like to try blast magician (he normally doesnt work for me), but others do. Also, I like dark red enchanter over magical marionette, but others like the monster destruction over the hand destruction. I'm just making sure these guys didn't get overlooked

Your build seems like it needs a slight pace change.
I'm aware this deck needs more spells. Try the old fashioned Toon Table of Content Engine, it does wonders, but I tossed in Dualities to pick up the pace since the deck itself starts off slow. It's just some suggestions.

t.g. wonder magician and no non-tuner t.g.??? you can add instant fusion to summon kaminowizard or musician king for synchro material of tempest or arcanite magician... also dont see any use of fairy lily and night's end sorcerers here... summoner monk will do much better on this deck... t.g. hyper librarian will also be a good card on it...
