Super Skill Drain
Type: Normal Trap Card
Until the End Phase: pay 1000 LP; the effect of all monsters on field and either player's hand and graveyard are negated and cannot be activated.

I think it would help a lot against the top tier decks of this format.

Ignoring your PSCT issues, ladies and gentlemen, behold the first card that can negate Exodia!

Can it really negate a winning condition?

Win Conditions are supposedly negatable conditions.

We just have yet to have a card that negates things that apply in the hand. Everything so far has to respond to something that starts a chain.

If a card is like that, no one can activate cards and their effects.

Does not look too broken.
Also, normal sill drain pretty much kills the most meta decks anyway.

I lol'd
however, you can't chain it exodia and at the biginning of the next turn exodas is no longer negated.

I think the LP cost would have to be at least 1500 or 2000

Actually Exodia's effect is a win Condition so it can't be negated.

Did you catch that it only lasts for the turn? If so, how can this be abused badly enough to warrant that high of LP cost?

Not trying to be thick, just literally don't get it.

You said a win condition can be negated, he said it couldn't, then you posted a link where it says...

Okay, I swear someone modified that wiki page last night and changed the headers. Yes, we'll go with that.
