Deck Construction advice

I have been playing this game for about 4 years. When the new cards came in, mostly XYZ and Synchro, and so now I am sort of lost.

If anyone can give any advice to me for a XYZ/Synchro deck OR for a good Toon deck, please let me know.

What about Fabled? I have over 500 of the new cards and I could show you the list of cards I found useful but as of right now, it's basically 240 cards. It would probably also help if I said which XYZ and Synchros I have. The XYZ's I have are Number 17: Leviathan Dragon, Number 39: Utopia, Grensosaurus, and Gachi Gachi Gantetsu. The Synchros I have are Junk Warrior and Laval Dual Slasher(x3)

X-Sabers are still decent
Agents can sorta synchro...
