Not worth it, the other book of spell cards suck, this is no different

If they come out with more 'book of spell' cards that are decent then this card would be better. The revival effect isn't all that bad, but with coth going to be at 3 this card's usefulness is even more limited. It doesn't have the weakness of needing to stay on the field, but coth doesn't have any costs so it'd be chosen over this unless you ran some banish support or used the lv modding often.

Seems fun with Fortune Ladies, and with Fortune's Future you can return the banished FL to draw 2.

The cost isn't that bad considering you'll have many Book of Spells in your deck and therefore a higher chance of drawing them. Revival is always a great thing.
