Can you use royal tribute with empty hand ?

Activate only while you control "Necrovalley": both players discard all Monster Cards in their hand.

The updated text says nothing about showing hands. You do that purely to prove you have discarded all Monsters. If you have no hand, you simply don't discard/show anything.

Also, if you want this question answered, don't post a complaint blog first. If you do, you risk incurring the wrath of the Mods.

So back to topic, as I needed to give the link for my opp who keep refusing googling the ruling.

So, everyone who can reading the card clear all the day, except my opp who doesn't understand english but know the proper grammar, its work like Card Destruction that you could/ CAN activated even the playwer who activates it has empty hand
