DN loading issue

I normally dont use this but ..............

a few minutes ago, my PC crashed, and after restarting it, the monitor refused to turn on. I dismantled, dusted out, and reassembled my PC, and reinstalled my graphics card, but now, when I load DN up, on google chrome, IE, or Mozilla Firefox *shrugs* this is what I get

its been stuck like this, and I do not know why

I updated adobe flashplayer, reinstalled the graphics card, etc

still no change

anyone may be able to answer ?

well, I cleared every cookie from now until the beginning of time

instead of the DN loading screen freezing, I get a black screen, and nothing else

i just keep doing it until it worked

well, I've been clearing and trying every form if restart possible, noting as yet

to make matters worse my sound card is now malfunctioning

ok, the issue is alot worse now, and ill have to write stuff in parts (its that bad)

now, my screen turns full blue when on the DN forums every time someone speaks in the chatbox

old problems are still present and clearing the cookies, even everything in the history

reinstalling google chrome, adobe flash player, isnt working

what is wrong ?
