As for the rejected from server

It usually means the server received an incorrect password from the client. The password might have changed from when you last entered it. If this is the case, try logging in again. It may also mean you are running an old version of the client after an update was released. If this is the case, try refreshing the webpage and clearing your browser cache.

Directly taken from the FAQ, I suggest you look around a bit. But thats ok. If you did try that though, Clear your cache, cookies etc. Restart computer, Update your flash player, reinstall your flash player. Or just wait it out a bit.

with my internet explorer it doens't work, even if you refresh and all that as said above.

Yeah I prefer google chrome as well. Rarely I have problems with it. Have fun dueling!

Both of these problems are caused by running the old client code after an update. Refreshing and/or clearing browser cache should fix this issue.
