K.O.S.S Deck

Here is my K.O.S.S Deck(King of Skull Servents.)

I Know it's not functioning properly do to my card choice, can someone please help me? I might ask why so please don't give advice and run!

Dear god this is a cluster bang of random. Where to start...
Do you want this as a Chaos KOSS deck? or try to be straight up KOSS.
This is something for others to work on, for i have school.
If this isnt given suggestions when i come back, then i'll give some.

When you make a deck, that deck must have 40 cards in it, more than that destroy any deck.

I don't get the point, its turning into a lightsworn deck, if i wanted one of those i would make one, i want a KOSS Deck, that mean it revolves around KOSS. I don't see why there wouldn't be gravity binds and etc.

you need to mill cards quickly, and the monsters who do the best job are the lightsworn
if i wanted to make him a ligthsworn deck, i had say to add jugdment dragon, but i didnt
