Not sending confirmation e-mail Empty Not sending confirmation e-mail

I just registered on http://www.duelingnetwork.com/ , yet it won't send me a confirmation e-mail (to manstie@hotmail.com). I have told it to resend multiple times. It is not in my junk mail or anywhere else... is there a way to either change e-mails or get this fixed?
