Confirmation e-mail Empty Confirmation e-mail

I'm new to dueling network and I'm trying to make an account but for some reason the confirmation e-mail that is supposed to be sent to me isn't being sent to me. I've tried looking all over my e-mail and its not in junk e-mail or anything, I'm just not getting sent an e-mail. Can a mod or someone fix this issue for me?
