how do activate kalut moonshadow shura bora and blizzards effect

If you mean in Dueling Network, everything is manual. You have to declare that you are activating the effects of cards and simply execute the actions specified in the card texts.

Kalut - declare that you're proceeding to the damage step. choose kalut from your hand and select 'send to Grave' from the menu
Shura - hover your mouse over the deck and select 'View Deck' from the menu. choose the card you want to summon and select SS ATK or SS DEF from the menu
Bora - do math
Blizzard - hover your mouse over the graveyard and select 'View Grave' from the menu. choose the card you want to summon and select SS ATK or SS DEF from the menu

Send them a message in-game, Click the Online Users icon on the lower left corner of the Dueling Network window. Double click the name of the mods (top of the list displayed in Green Font).
