I encountered a very tricky situation. My opponent played Earthbound Immortals and summoned Asla Piscu by sacrificing his Hardened Armed Dragon. So if a field spell card is removed from the field will his monster be destroyed or the Immortal will stay on the field?

It'll stay on the field. They can't be destroyed by any card effects including their own. You have to bounce it, spin it, or remove it from play.
