Dark Armed Dragon

OK so i'm still pretty new to this game and yea i know that this is probably a dumb question. But I just needed to know.

So lets say you are able to bring out DAD and the conditions are met. He ends up getting sent to the graveyard. You have monster reborn in your hand. Can you reborn him? (there will be 3 dark monsters in the graveyard if i do this.)
I know that he normally can't be reborn but I'm not sure if this counts as a special circumstance.

No it can not as Monster Reborn cannot forfill its summoning requirements and DaD is a Nomi and can only be summoned by infomation given.

See that doesnt make sense, its annoying how you cant do that with DaD but you can with BLS and Chaos Sorcerer.

The difference is within the text. Nomi monsters say they cannot be Special Summoned except, while Semi-Nomi monsters say they they can only be Special Summoned by X. When that X condition is met, they are targets for things like Monster Reborn.

Nomi monsters have been reprinted to prevent confusion and now include "and cannot be Special Summoned by other ways."

It's a lot easier to tell on with the Japanese texts since Nomi actually says "nomi" in the text and semi-nomi do not.
