Is there any idea when the new ban list will be implemented into Dueling Network? I really would like that nerf on 6 sam decks.

Just play in Traditional, there's plenty of people there testing the new list. The list won't be effective until September 1st, and I'm pretty sure that's absolute.

Use proxys Razz

and you can say at the begginig of a duel what card is what

Proxies are pretty much the way to do it. Since the duels are Unrated, no one cares anyways, so just proxy what you need. Here are some I've seen:

Limit Reverse = Second CotH
Trade-In = Second D-Draw
Twister = Third MST
Mind Haxorz = Second Mind Crush

If it kills you to make believe one card is another, just wait for the new format. It's literally less than ten days away..
