Unable to contact server. Please help. Empty Unable to contact server. Please help.

For about a week now whenever I try to log in it gives me an the error: unable to contact to server. I've cleared my cache and cookies, disabled my firewall, my internet is fine, everything is up to date, and I'm on an admin PC account. Will someone please tell me the REAL problem?
