From where can you remove them?
Dragon's Mirror: One or Both
I tried searching for this, but couldn't find it, (using quotes in the advanced search didn't work). I have heard a lot of controversy over "Dragon's Mirror"'s effect:
A lot of places say you can choose monsters from both your Graveyard and the Field, and a lot of places say you can only choose from one or the other, not both. I thought it's best to see what Duel Network Forum's average opinion on it is, because I really can't tell, and I checked the rulings on the Yu-Gi-Oh! wiki and it says nothing about it.
I think the problem lies where the "or" is used in it's description.
Banish, from your side of the field or your Graveyard, Fusion Material Monsters that are listed on a Dragon-Type Fusion Monster Card, and Special Summon that Fusion Monster from your Extra Deck. (This Special Summon is treated as a Fusion Summon.)

Re: Dragon's Mirror: One or Both
You can Banish from both combined (1 Dragon from the field, and 4 from your Graveyard for FGD, for instance). This goes for things like Dark Calling and Miracle Fusion too.

It Works the same way as Miracle Fusion, you can remove from both Field and Grave. For example remove 1 BEWD on the field and 2 BEWD in grave to summon Ultimate Blue-Eyes White Dragon.

"either" and "or" are the same, and one thing: Dragon's Mirror has no cost.dragon3025 wrote:I tried searching for this, but couldn't find it, (using quotes in the advanced search didn't work). I have heard a lot of controversy over "Dragon's Mirror"'s effect:

I think the problem lies where the "or" is used in it's description, and I'm not sure what would happen if they used the word "either" in certain places.

Re: Dragon's Mirror: One or Both
Oh, yeah that makes sense those two words meaning the same thing. I just re-looked over it's rules, I could of swore I read that those monsters were a cost, but I guess it was some other card that I read that.BlackwingRa wrote:"either" and "or" are the same, and one thing: Dragon's Mirror has no cost.dragon3025 wrote:I tried searching for this, but couldn't find it, (using quotes in the advanced search didn't work). Re: Dragon's Mirror: One or Both
Wow, I get it people NO cost. I agreed to that in my last post. I appreciate you telling me though, but don't worry; like I said: I was confusing it with another card ruling I read, (I don't remember which one).
