hey i was just wondering if Shadow-Imprisoning Mirror would negate Malefic Cyber End Dragon eff like skill drain does?

Malefic Cyber End's effects do not "activate", and Shadow-Imprisoning Mirror negates activation in the field or Grave. No, Malefic Cyber End is not affected by Shadow-Imprisoning Mirror.

Shadow Imprisoning Mirror cannot negate Continuous effects of DARK monsters.

All of Malefic Cyber End Dragon's effect cannot be negated by Shadow Imprisoning Mirror.
