Think bout this OTK sounds pretty cool.

What you need in hand

Gold Sarc, Tour Guide , And any two random spell cards (Summoner monk fodder)

If XYZ IS changed then this OTK is dead, but whatever sounds pretty cool.

Tour Guide -> Sangan.
XYZ for Leviar

Activate Gold Sarc, Remove Summoner Monk

Leviar eff for summoner monk
Sagan retrieves Birdman

Summoner monk -> Summoner Monk -> Tengu

Bounce Birdman for tengu
Tengu Effect get another tengu

XYZ Summoner Monk + Summoner Monk for Utopia


Sync Tengu and birdman

For Scrap Archfiend
Get another Tengu

On the field you have

Leviar + Tengu + Utopia + Scrap Archfiend
1800 + 1700 + 2500 + 2700

You can go into Shock ruler if its a bit late game you won't inflict 8000 but you can make sure you won't get mirror force'd.

You also run effect veilers plus BLS + chaos sorc in this deck for alternate win condition.

It would be a pretty good opening hand, you could bring out shock ruler and make sure your opponent can't activate an effect monsters effect. Then during your next turn declare traps and just poke your opponent for game.
