This thread has already been solved, and has been inactive for too long.
Dark Neos cannot Target himself because that will start an Infinite Loop.

I was asked for a source, but this is all the backup I have. I don't think anything else can be added until we get word from a Konami Offcial.

Imo, it should also be unmarked as solved(seeing how it isn't XD).

A konami response being the only real solution I can think of, this doesn't more ppls' opinions aren't welcome. If u have anything new to add plz don't hesitate to do so and also plz state ur sources.
