Let say my opp use super poly on the shining on my side

Do the shining miss the timing ?

Let say I use super poln on my own the shining on field

Do the shining miss the timing ?

Shining will miss the timing in both cases, since the last thing happen is summon of Fusion Monster.

But in one case the one who perform fusion summon is my opp

Last thing on my side is the shining being send to grave ?

The last thing of game, not of player.

That why Shining will miss its timing if it is destroyed by Ryko

Magicknight94 is right. In both case Shining will miss time. If you want to use Shining's eff, just make sure that Shining being sent to graveyard is the last thing that happens.

yeah in both cases he would miss the timing

Cards like Elemental Hero The Shining will miss the Timing when used as Fusion Material by a Poly card. The last thing to happen will be The Fusion monster being summoned, not Shining being sent to grave, so Shining will miss the timing.

How do you explain to a rank 1308/1977 his the shining miss the timing ?

Well... theres a few reason, but mostly ...

because I couldn't find it quickly ( I have to open portals, click index, click forum ruling, and click search forum), same goes to wiki link

I would say in this instance the best way to explain it (whicvh was not pointed out) is that shining is can. Any card with "can" is not mandatory, and can only activate when they are the last thing to happen.

If shining was mandatory, as mandatory cards cannot miss timing, he would get to add 2 baished Heros to hand.

Look up some of the scraps. A few are "If...can..." effects and don't miss timing.
