Lost Connection...Reconnecting

I have not been able to get on to Dueling Network ever since I moved into college. Some may say it is a firewall, but I have already confirmed with the IT members at my school that THEY DO NOT BLOCK DN so they don't know why I can't access the site. I have tried all the suggestions in the FAQ and none of them work (clearing cache, browser changing, rebooting, making a new admin account,reloading etc.) and none of those worked. I even made a new account to see if my account was faulty, and that did not work either. Therefore, I will give IN DETAIL what my problem is and hope someone can fix it.


In this first image, I log in like normal. I usually don't have a problem at this screen and can get to the menu screen just like I always use to.


This page is the menu page, and if I click any icon on this page, it will give me the screen, but not load. Also, I can not see public chat or people online from this page. For two examples:




After about a minute of being on those screens, this screen appears:


I have no idea why this is happening, but I would love to have someone help me figure this out. It may help a lot of others if this problem can be solved.

Ya, I have been reloading it for over a month now. I go to the site everyday and have this same problem. Also, I asked the IT people at my college and they said THEY ARE NOT BLOCKING DN and they don't know why I can't get on either.

Do you use a different computer for DN when your at college vs when your not?

No, I am using the same computer I used at home. I brought my computer with me, so I know it is not the firewalls or a security issue because DN worked at home. Again, college is not blocking DN, and I don't think it is a bandwidth issue because I play games that require far more (Like A.V.A, City of Heroes,TF2 etc.)

Yes, I have tried this several times. Does not work.

Yes, I am connected at all times. What happens is, right when I get to the menu screen, nothing works. I can't see public chat, I can't see people online, and when I click a menu it just takes me to the screen I click and doesn't load anything.

did you restart the computer after cookies dump? and have you ever ran a disk cleanup?

Yep, did both and disk defragment. Both didn't work.
