Musakani Magatama vs Chaos Trap Hole

Here's the thing, I had a set Chaos Trap Hole (and this is a real life deck, it's a weaker Solemn Warning really) and my opponent summons Kageki, Specials Kagemusha, and then synchs for Shi En. Since it is a response to the summon, he can't use Shi En's effect, but since this was the 3rd turn, he had a Magatama on set on the field already.

He ONLY had Kageki, and Kagemusha before he synchro'd. So, Magatama can't negate Chaos, because Shi En never hit the field, correct? It even says on CTH to Pay 2000 and Negate the summon of a Light or Dark monster. Which means it never hit the field...

Am I right, or am I wrong? Because we both had to forfeit because of the issue...

*You cannot activate this card if you have no “Six Samurai” monsters on the field, attempt to Summon one, and your opponent activates "Solemn Judgment". [1]

Magatama's ruling so yeah Magatama can't touch your CTH.

I'd also like to point out that Chaos Trap Hole does not destroy the monster, but remove it from play, so I don't see how Musakani Magatama could be used anyway.

JDC is right, CTH doesn't say it will destroy the monster it negate summon!
