DN Not working

For the majority of today Dueling Network hasn't been working for me. I've tried to go onto it in both IE and Mozilla but it just says the page can't load. I'm assuming it works fine for everyone else so there haven't been any complaints on the forum but can anyone figure out why it won't work for me?

Also, this is the first time this has happened to me, DN has always worked perfectly for me before so I don't really think it's my connection. But, I should probably note, that things on this forum aren't working smoothly either. Loading pages takes age and images, e.g. the nationality flags and so on, aren't showing up. Nothing major, but it could be connected.

Bump. Would be wonderful if I got some help.

I use Windows Vista ( 32-bit I think ) with IE 9. Unless I try going back to 8 or something...

Edit: Everything seems to be fine again. I don't know what happened, I guess my computer was just having a bad day or something.
