Best Sleeves?

So. I need some new sleeves, seeing as I've run short with the 40 that were supplied in my Ancient Fairy Dragon Tin. (My extra deck grew ) and I'm in need of new sleeves.

I'm sure the "best" is debatable, but please, keep the fancy "Blue-Eyes Ultimate" sleeves out. One simple color would be nice. Thanks mates!

I prefer white, Yu-Gi-Oh sized, tight fitting sleeves. I dislike sleeves with pictures on them. Black sleeves are cool too, so is blue. But white is what I main.

I'd like Purple/Black sleeves.

What brand do you recommend?

Black and purple are also the colors I prefer. They don't get as dirty as the other colors.

Card Barrier? Where can I buy them?

How smooth are those plastics? I normally use White Ultra Pros and Black Ultra Pros, but I want a smoother texture on the back so that cards "fall" when I shuffle them.

They are very smooth, some card shops have them, but you can buy them online also.

For my main deck i use now purple ultra pro sleeves ._.

80% of the time, I will always go with Ultra Pro.

Their sleeves are not too tight on the cards as some others are and they tend to last the longest, in my opinion.

Not to mention due to the material used by other companies to produce sleeves, the sleeves in mention become quite sticky over time and can be severely prone to heat damage.

Of course, this is just based on my experiences of the past and holds no actual data value.

Ultra pro is nice but I've found the best is player's choice. They're yugioh-sized which I like, and they shuffle well

I hate when that happens, it usually happens the most with picture based sleeves. Picture Based sleeves are also prone to more wear and tear (depending on how the pic is put on the sleeve).

When sleeves change how your deck shuffles, it is never good (2 cards that always seem to be stuck together, etc.).

Indeed, I wish this were not the sad reality however, because I really love artwork sleeves, yet they damage, wear, and tear so easily, and many I believe are not tournament legal because of this.

Whenever I do purchase artwork sleeves however, I will always buy Magic: The Gathering sized clear sleeves to put over the artworks sleeves, kudos to OCG players. Yet, I have heard that is also tournament illegal.

If I read it correctly you are talking about double sleeving? Then yeah that isn't tournament legal. Also some card sleeves that feature suggestive content may not be tournament legal either. I think I read somewhere that if you have a mat with an inappropriate picture on it you have to cover it up, so I would imagine with sleeves they would be illegal in tournament play.

I don't think I'll ever use sleeves that aren't Player's Choice, although I would like to try the official Yugi/Osiris ones.

The new ultra pros are nice. And it comes in 60s'.

Yeah Ill be needing some new sleeves myself soon but im tapped out of cash right now. So a price would help me plan ahead.

I prefer Yellow and Silver Ultrapro

I still like Pink and White PC, but I might try Ultra Pro, as it seems my sleeves keep breaking easier. :/

I think white and black sleeves make the cards look the best. White makes them look especially cool.

Black and White are always the coolest colors. Look at all the Video Game Systems, nothing but Black and White consoles. Black is just plain cool, and White is just plain beautiful.

A Friend of mine brought these and he had to peel his Dark World Dealings Card off his Dark Armed Dragon that got that sticky in the hot weather.

I like any color Sleeve by Ultra PrO although I tend to by the Red for my Main and Black for my Extra Deck cause Red and Black are my to have colours
