Reporting a moderator

I'm sorry if this is in the wrong section. None of the mods aside from Halberdier could really help me with anywhere to put this. I apologize for not having screencaps, but when you're booted you don't have the liberty of taking them and none of my friends were watching the duel. I don't have a log of being booted the second time to mod came into the room, because I wasn't fast enough to copy/paste the section where the mod returns and boots me.

To preface the log: I don't want this to be about the Veiler situation. It's silly, and it's not what this is about. This is about the conduct of ASOBITAI, who viewed me as a guilty party long before ever hearing my side of the story because my opponent went out his way to private message ASOBITAI before he even came into the room to assess the situation. I was given a no win situation that essentially ended with a free win for my opponent at best and a ban at worst.
I understand that moderators in this game deal with situations in bulk and don't always have the opportunity to make the best judgments, but this is ridiculous. Multiple times I was asked to quit, one way or another.
In the end ASOBITAI left the room for about a minute. In that minute I attempted to private message a moderator, but could get no reply. ASOBITAI returned, asked if I was ready to accept defeat, and then told me to enjoy the boot.

Again, I apologize for not having a log or cap of the boot, but I was not fast enough to grab it. I'm sure if he reads this he will be able to confirm that he in fact booted me and gave my opponent the free win he wanted.

To me, this is the most jarring part of the log:

I don't think I've ever seen a moderator come in with an attitude that someone in the room was already guilty.
