Situation:
No monster on graveyard

1. Opp use DWLightning targeting facedown coTH

2. I chain with gemini spark, tributing neos alius on field

3. No response from opp after gemini spark played

i dont think so

After you active G.S, your opp has priority to reponse it, if he does, you gain that priority to response your own effect.

yea but the real question is, can you activate coth with no monsters in grave, and im not so sure

There would be a monster in the grave though. You have to tribute the Neos Alius when Gemini Spark is activated.

Player 1: DWL CL1
Player 2: Gem. Spark CL2
Player 1: no Solemn, nor Magic drain (Not negate)
Result:
CL2 Spark: tribute Alius destroy Xyz Monster
CL1 DWL: depend which card that targeted by DWL

Actually, you tribute Elemental HERO Neos Alius BEFORE Gemini Spark is activated.

No, Spark tributes Alius on activation, not after resolution.

Since it immediately tributes the monster, there will be a target for call in the Grave before the cards have resolved, so you can use Call before DWL destroys it.

If your opponent doesnt chains anything to Gemini Spark then you get a chance to do so, Call of the Haunted is chained, reviving allius, Spark resolves and finally DW LIghting resolves without effect since it no longer has a target (CoTH became face up)
