Can E.Hero Bubbleman chaining to E.Hero Stratos effect ?

Case : I got this hand https://imgur.com/6I2Q5

So... The scenario is... I gonna set 3 s/t
and then summon stratos

At this point.... bubbleman only monster on the hand... can I S.S. bubbleman at this point ? (Before stratos grab another hero)

I'd say no, you can't interrupt Stratos' effect to special summon Bubbleman.

No you cannot. You have to resolve Startos's effect before you can Special Summon Bubbleman.

Bubbleman is SS1.
It cannot be chained to anything.
So no, you cannot do this.

Bubbleman is an inherent special summon that can be used when you have no cards in your hand.

You cannot ever "chain" an inherent special summon!
