all out att ruling ...is this right ?
i checked it and
its effects uses the chain but needs to be face up on the field
are there any other cards with chainable effects but at the same time needing to be face up ?
and another ruling it will ALWAYS activate even if the monster is special summoned in att position
i want to confirm all those rulings because i found them on wikia
and the only rules it has are the UDE ones and people are trying to hide behind that fact when i quote those rulings

I know 1 card that almost similar to this is Appropriate.
And although it is previous rulings, it doesn't mean it's wrong.
All those rulings don't conflict with mechanic or anything else, so they still hold true.

Continuous Trap Card always need to be face-up to activate. (Unless there's some effect on that card that activates off the field)

Re: all out att ruling ...is this right ?
that rule changed a long time ago
i was a little confused , i thought cont traps with chainable effects were included on the rule change
but it only includes the ones with optional effects not the mandatory ones

There's no on-field effect that is activated from an off-field card, and Continuous Spell/Trap also need to be face-up to resolve effects.

im talking about activation not resolution
all out att needs to be face up when the monster is summoned
all out att needs to be face up when the monster is summoned

Let's say you activate this card in response to a successful summon. If you activate this card in response to a successful summon, that's mean the summon's already happened, and you cannot affect that monster. It's just like Appropriate, you can't draw on the initial activation, but after that it's ok.
