elemental hero absolute zero and dimension explosion

so, with the new ruling about monsters being returned to the deck and they leave the field effects,can i still use dimension explosion to activate absolute zero effect?

Extra Deck isn't the same as Main Deck. If Elemental HERO Absolute Zero is returned to Extra Deck, it's effect will be activated (unless it is returned face-down). So you can use Dimension Explosion to trigger Zero's effect.

It's not the new ruling it's been like that forever. Main deck and Extra Deck don't follow the same mechanics
