Which one is wrong ? (regarding nova master eff)

You can draw in that situation, and the "if" has nothing to do with that. It's because Nova Master only needs to destroy a monster by battle, doesn't need the monster it destroyed hit the grave.

So, if its written "when" instead "if" that wouldn't be any differences ?

I guess my text a bit biased...
here Lil explaination, as situation happen on pic

1. I attack Jujitsu master (not ryko.. ryko just one of my example), Nova Master

2. I use nova master eff

3. Opp start accusing me cheating because nova master is not on field

4. He is rank 1400/300++ shoulve known this better than me

When and if doesn't matter, the most used example like this is Jurrac Guaiba attacks a monster with same attack, and Guaiba can still summon. And even with Jujitsu Master, Nova Master's eff already activated before Jujitsu's eff can go off. And Nova Master will return to Extra and you draw 1 card.

Wiki had no rulings on this or Jurrac Guaiba, so I did a quick search and found something on Fachionβ...

If "Falchionβ" battles a monster with the same ATK and both are destroyed, it can select and Special Summon itself from the Graveyard.

Has the exact same condition as Nova Master so I think this should suffice. Basically if the text does not say "and sent to the Graveyard", it doesn't have to be face-up on the field for it's own effect to resolve.

BW Shura is the key representative of the "and sent to Graveyard" monsters on wikia.
That ruling also specifies that "When" effects act the same way as do "If" effects so long as they don't specify "and sent to Graveyard".

In order for its effect to activate, “Blackwing – Shura the Blue Flame” must be face-up on the field when the monster it destroyed by battle is sent to the Graveyard. This means:

If Shura and the other monster destroy each other by battle (equal ATK), Shura’s effect does not activate.
If Shura is destroyed by a Flip Effect like “Man-Eater Bug,” Shura’s effect does not activate.
If Shura is flipped face-down after damage calculation by a card effect, such as “Desertapir,” Shura’s effect does not activate.
If Shura is removed from play [sic] by battling “D.D. Warrior,” Shura’s effect does not activate.
If Shura is destroyed by an effect after the monster it destroyed by battle was sent to the Graveyard, such as “Michizure,” Shura’s effect DOES activate, and you can Special Summon a monster.[1]

NOTE: These rules also apply to any other monster with the text “When this card destroys an opponent’s monster by battle and sends it to the Graveyard….” (Examples: “Hydrogeddon,” “Goyo Guardian,” or “Elemental Hero Flame Wingman [sic].”)[1]

What dest gave was a link to his ruling FAQ. It tells about the card text you'll see rather than trying to give specific examples. It's very much correct, so reading that will help you figure rulings out without actually asking people.

His ruling FAQ was too wide, generally my opp doesn't have any brains to dissolve all material given to him, so its better to give my opp a small portion of rulings

But yet thos small portion of ruling my opp fail to understand, so I need giving him more smaller portion, which is specific case in this case

you don't need to read everything in there, there are sections held as small as possible. Every link in that FAQ from the table of contents lets you jump directly to that small part you need, you just have to copy it...

Not sure if I should put this on nova master section... but seems my opp even refuses to believe his Honest + Lumina is even / same attack with Nova Master + Skyscrapper which lead me to get Nova master effect....

OK, I won't answer anything, but I will give you a link and a quote:

Player A has "Skyscraper" in his/her Field Spell Card Zone and "Elemental Hero Wildedge" in Attack Position. He/she attacks her opponent's Attack Position "Injection Fairy Lily". During damage calculation, his/her opponent activates "Injection Fairy Lily's" effect, increasing its ATK to 3400. After "Injection Fairy Lily's" effect resolves, "Skyscraper's" Continuous Effect is applied to increase the ATK of "Elemental Hero Wildedge" to 3600.

That's the most obviously answer you can get, kangtuji!

Here it is a simple answer. Once an effect has activated and all the conditions have been met, it doesn't matter is the monster face up at resolution or not its effect activated and will now resolve unless it is somehow negated.

NOTE: Some monsters do require to be face up at resolution however those are specific rules and only few monsters have it. This only applies to Trigger, Quick and Ignition effects.Don't forget that monsters with Continuous effects logically have to be face up.

The reason monsters like Shura don't work:

1.If monster is destroyed by flip effect such as Ryko, it doesn't work because their effects activate in Substep 7 of damage step, Ryko and all Flip effects activate in Substep 6 of damage step, therefore due to Shura not being on the field when it's conditions for activation are met, it can't activate it's eff.

2.Monsters destroyed by Shura/Firedog etc. are not sent to grave. The reason they can't activate their effs is because the conditions for activation have not been met.

Nova Master and Guaiba will always and always work as long as they destroy a monster, which means the moment they fulfil their activation condition they activate, and will resolve always despite of where they are at the moment (unless in deck, this would not apply to Nova Master because Extra deck doesn't follow the same rule as Main deck), They will resolve at that time unless they are negated.
