Solved King tiger and yubel.

Post  LuzCeleste 2011-12-15, 13:43

If (during my end phase) I special summon yubel, with king tiger Wanghu on my field... Wanghu destroys yubel, so I can Sp summon yubel terror incarnate?

Then king tiger would also destroy terror incarnate, however, terror incarnate, at end phase, destroys all other monsters, so would they kill eachother? Then I'd be able to bring out ultimate nightmare? Or would king just destroy incarnate and then nightmare as well (yay deck thinning?)

Also I'd like to know how it would affect if my opponent controlled Wanghu instead of me.

I think this will fall under "Simultaneous Effects Go On Chain".

King tiger would destroy yubel, the terror incarnet, then ultimate nightmare.
Wangu would destroy them as soon as they hit the field.

Wanghu responds to the summon.
Terror Incarnate doesn't even get a chance to trigger.

I see, what if I activate something to take king off the field upon incarnate's entry, would it still destroy incarnate and then summon ultimate nightmare or would incarnate live.

Wanghu always steal priority, taking chain link 1, and is a trigger.
Removing Tiger isn't going to stop his effect.

It is a trigger effect, you would need something to take Wanghu off the field in Response to YUBEL's effect, not Wanghu's.

So incarnate would die, and then Wanghu would get removed right? So ultimate nightmare could come in safely?

That would start a new chain, meaning Tiger would get it too.
So no.

If you find some way to get Wanghu off the field yes. Though you can't rely on Incarnate, just saying ^^

Okay... How's this...

Yubel dies

Incarnate comes in, I activate compulsory device... Target Wanghu...

Incarnate dies? Wanghu to hand? Ultimate nightmare comes in?

CL1 Tiger
CL2 Compulsory

Terror Incarnate would be able to activate, yes.

Yep, that'd work.
