Archlord Kristya vs Ninjistu art of Super Transformation

I've searched around the web for this, but I couldn't find anything on it.

Can I activate Super Transformation and target Kristya and send it to the grave?
or does the same ruling apply that says you can't activate Super Poly against Kristya?

I was just curious because you can still activate Super Transformation without a target to summon.

I was double checking my source material.
Like I said, you cannot activate Art, because you cannot even attempt a SS, and Art sends at resolution.
