Ninjutsu Art of Super Transformation Timing Question

Situation:

1. I attack with zero

2. Opp play ninjutsu art of super transformation

3. Sending a ninja + zero, proceed to Summoning monster.

Question
So... when did zero effect active

Would zero blow 2 monster (all monster on opp field), or just 1 monster (monster being summoned is safe from nuke)

Zero's effect will activate after Super Transformation has resolved and will only destroy the freshly summoned monster.

After Ninjitsu Art of Super Transformation resolve and the monster is SS.

Because zero is a manatory eff he does not interupt the chain instead as soon as the chain has resolved Zero will start and new chain with his eff.

So.... how does it working if in chain like

Considiring the fact the trap card didsn't destroy if monster leave field but when the trap card leave field, monster is destroyed....

At some point it can be confused...

1) If MST destroy NAoSP before it resolve, its effect disappear. No mons would be sent to grave or summmoned because NAoSP is a Continous Trap.

2) If NAoSP chain to MST, it will SS the mons, then MST will destroy it and it will destroy the summoned monster.
