Solved archlord kristya

if I special summon Kristya, then the effect " neither player can special summon monsters", is it cannot special summon for that turn ?? or is it forever can't special summon ?? I'm confused...

it didnt say "neither player can special summon THIS TURN" so, if that not the case, ovbiously is a continous effect..

As long as he is face up on the field, no player can special summon monsters.
