Formula Synchron

Ok I've been looking around for a while and no one has
answered this question...
Lets say my opponent synchro summoned a Formula synchron
on his or her turn and still has 1 or two monsters left on their feild. Then in that same turn sychro summoms again using the the formula and the remaining cards on their feild. Is it possible for them to do this? according to the cards text "During your opponent's Main Phase, you can Synchro Summon using this face-up card you control as a Synchro Material Monster." can they only use this cards eff during my turn (according to Wikia during my main 1 or 2) or can they activate it at anytime? Just need a little clarity on it since everytime I duel against someone whose using this card they activate this cards eff during their turn, immediately after they summon it.

Formula Synchron is a tuner, therefore, it can be used for a regular synchro summon.

It does not have to use its effect at all.

It says you can synchro using it in your opponent's main phase, but not only at that time since there isn't any condition says you must.
if it was something like this you would have to:
"you can only use this card for synchro summon in your opponent's main phase".

They activate the "Draw 1 card from the deck" effect of the card. The effect that allows them to Synchro Summon in your Main Phase can only be activated in your turn, also it's a Spell Speed 2 effect so it can be chained to stuff of Spell Speed 2 or lower. They cannot activate this quick effect on their turn so if you chain Book of Moon to Formula Synchron and flipping it face-down they cannot use it's quick effect and Synchro with it. Formula Synchron acts as any other Tuner Monster.

How can you chain a spell 1 card to a spell speed 2? I think you mean spell speed 2 or higher
