hey. does cards from the sky target? cause i was wondering if you could use it while necrovally was on the feild

It doesnt matter if it targets, Necrovalley prevents you from removing cards in the Graveyard from play. No Exceptions.

he ment fountain in the sky. which if you look at it is oddly close to cards from the sky.....Hmmmm wonder if he made a mistake?
