Reviving Opponents Reborn Tengu
I was just talking with some people in DN about how if you revive your opponents Reborn Tengu, then you wont be able to use its effect, regardless if you have the card in your own deck
Is this true?
Because for most cards even with effects similar to reborn tengu, you could still use there effects in the same situation such as with Sangan

Reborn Tengu activates wherever it's sent, for the player it's sent too. Therefore if you control my reborn tengu and I blow it up, I get to get another 1. If I compulse my reborn tengu that your controlling, I get anotehr 1.

So that would be the same case for cards like sangan or card trooper which activates there effect when there sent to there players grave after they were controlled by the opponent?

Tenghu will still get it's effect obviously as long as there is another one is the owners deck.

How about if my opponent mind controls and flips my monster and it has an effect to special summon a certain monster like Gravekeeper's Spy's effect. Would I get to summon the monster?

If you have a valid Gravekeeper's monster in you deck, then of course.

if your opponent takes your spy and flips it, the best that could happen is that he gets something out of his deck, not you. At that time it is his effect, not yours.
