Miley Syrus + random ban?

I don't know why i was banned by Miley Syrus +. What happened was that some guy said final countdown, so i started counting down from 20. BOOM! When i got to !17!
(Not even considered spam)it said i was banned by Miley Syrus +! I want an explanation please!

but how come i didn't even get a warning? No warnings just an instant ban...for saying 3 numbers in a row!?

It even says here that 1st offense is a warning. I didn't even get a warning.

miley syrus was the only one speaking in Public Chat. And he gave no warning. You can ask him your self if you want. I think this was an unfair banned and should be undone because if miley syrus, a moderator, doesn't follow his side of the rules, how can you expect us users to be satisfied with the reason of ban. And I'm not trying to be superior to you or anything but I think Miley Syrus broek one of your own rules. :( please look into this because i need to practice on dueling network for an upcoming locals. Please do. thank you :|

and 17 was the number i got banned at...how can a moderator give me a spam warning between 17 and 20...thats only 3 numbers...

Simple... Miley Syrus has proved to be a bad admin. However my question is were you counting down in public chat or in game chat?

public, and am i going to be unbanned?

Personally, if I was a DN admin, I would have warned you to stop counting down like that once I saw it, then I would have gone for more serious measures if you did not stop, I wouldn't ban straight away.

Usually first bans are 24 hours.

suprise suprise. this isnt the first dick move he made nor the last. if a mod sees this, action will taken. and now we play the waiting game...

So, how does a guy given a chance to be a mod screw it up like this? It'll probably end up like having a corrupted cop in a police force. They won't get caught, or they do, but still don't lose their position. But has this guy been reported for his screw ups? If so hes probably going to go. Who knows, he might just say it was a misunderstanding, still though, its your word against his, and unless you have pictures/proof nothing you say is valid. Even if it does turn out like that you'll still be unbanned, since this is your 1st offense. So don't worry about it.

Can a moderator pease lift this ban but keep the strike there.

EDIT: mecoolfh1 is now unbanned. The strike was left as requested.

Ok, i'll just stop all of the tournaments, all the avatar contests, all the future plans of dn, all the monitoring and helping of others and tell the other staffers to do the same. Have fun.

But really, OP was warned 3 times along with the two others. OP continued 5 times after I warned him in which he gets a ban, same as the others. Nobody gets special treatment this isn't an elementary don't expect me to keep reminding you something is bad when it's clearly of that.

You are entitled to your own opinion, no matter how incorrect it may be.

Also, nobody is to remove my ban unless your of the senior admin rank and then have discussed it with me and mark. I don't ban for incorrect reasons so there should be a very good reason for going against my judgment. Admins will be liked/disliked no matter what, I have no feelings towards what you guys think of me but you are compared to the 7000+ that approve of my ways on facebook. Have a nice day.

It's fine, it was only spam, if it were more severe I'd reverse it but it isn't. Just wanted it to be known he was actually in the wrong rather then saying he wasn't warned. But it's all good det.
