i have 2 Yubel - Terror Incarnate on the field, the eff said that "During your End Phase, destroy all other monsters on the field. " does the two both die or just one?

They both die. Its effect said so.

just 1 dies. Such effects don't form a chain, 1 is activated and resolves, the other is gone then.
