So, can I select the RFG'ed monster (Djinn Releaser of Rituals) as a target for the Northwemko's immunity effect?

As if, Northwemko will still not destroyed by card effect since I selected Releaser that is in RFG as her target.

You got that wrong. Ruling says that "it counts towards THE NUMBER of cards you can select for the effect". So for example, it means that if you SS Northwemko by banishing Releaser from your grave + tributing 1 level 4 monster from your field or hand, you can select 2 cards in the field as a target for her eff (quite obvious if you ask me). I hope that's clear enough.

The cards that can be selected is cards ON THE FIELD, not the Ritual Material Monsters.
