Well I decided to write up rulings for cards that we still don't have anything official on. Just so players can have a reference to follow.

Duel Terminal 14 - Wicked Dragon Ourboros Rulings
- Spoiler:
- Aye Iron
*This effect can only be activated during your Main Phase
*The attack gain is permanent
*If this card effect is negated it cannot declare an attack this turn.
Tinplate Goldfish
*Effect to summon a monster from your hand is optional.
Sacred Kaust
*“This card can't be used as Synchro Material Monster“ part is not effect of an effect monster. Therefore if Skill Drain is on the field you can't use Sacred Kaust as a Synchro material monster
*If Effect of this card is negated by a card such as Effect Veiler than it can't activate it's effect again. If activation of this card effect was negated by something such as Light And Darkness Dragon than you can activate it for the second time. If it's negated again you can't activate it again.
Verz O'Wisp
*This effect applies even if this card is destroyed by battle
*If this card attacks a FLIP effect monster than effect of that monster is negated.
Verz Salamandra
*Banishing a Monster is a cost
Verz Golem
*This effect can only be activated during your Main Phase
*This effect targets.
Verz Thunderbird
*This card effect can be chained to effect of Spells and Traps not just their activation
*This card is summoned Immediately during the next Stand-By phase not necceserally during your Standby Phase
*This card isn't summoned during the Standby Phase instead it is Returned to the field that means you can't activate cards like Solemn Warning that negate summons or cards like Bottomless Trap Hole and Torrential Tribute that can be activated when a monster is summoned. You can however activate cards like Divine Wrath to negate effect of Verz Thunderbird and leave it in the Banished Zone
*If you have 2 Verz Thunderbird's on the field you can only activate effect of 1.
Verz Castor
*This card effect is a continuous one
*You still need to tribute for level 5 or higher monsters.
Tinplate Archduke
*If a monster whose effect activates when it's Flipped Face up such as ''Snowman Eater“ or Fossil Dyna Pachyhepalo“ is flipped by this card effect than their effects will activate. Only monsters whose effects are „FLIP: effect“ won't activate.
Sacred Beehive
*This effect can be activated during both player turns
Verz Thantanos
*This is a quick effect
*You cannot activate this effect in damage step
Iron Call
*If the monster summoned by this card is flipped face down it is not destroyed during the end phase.
Clockwork Shigikami
*This card is a Semi-Nomi monster. You can not summon it from Graveyard or Banished Zone until you have properly summoned it first.
*The effect to reduce 1 monster to 0 ATK targets. And can only be activated during your main phase.
Sacred Leonis
*The effect of this card does not start a chain.
*You can use this card effect during each of your turns as long as this card is face up.
*You still need to tribute a monster for Level 5 or higher monster.
*Sacred Acubes
*The effect of this card starts a chain
Sacred Omega
*The effect of this card only protects Face-Up monsters from Spells or Traps.Therefore summon of Sacred Monsters can be negated.
**You can't negate summons by cards such as „Sacred Gredi“ .
Evigishki Psychelone
*This effect can only be activated during your Main Phase
*For the monster to be sent back to deck it has to have both same Type and same Atribute as the ones declared.
Evigishki Zealgigas
*Paying 1000 LP is a cost
*Shuffling one card on the field into the deck is mandatory effect.
Gem-Knight Seraphi
*You can only gain this effect once while this card is Face-Up not during each of your turns.
*Even if you have multiple copies of this card you can still summon just once.
Gem-Knight Master Dia
*Banishing Level 7 or Lower „Gem-„ Fusion monster is a cost.
*The ATK gain effect is a continuous effect.
Sacred Ptolemys Messier 7
*Summoning this card by overlaying it on top of another „Sacred“ Xyz monster still counts as an Xyz summon, therefore if „Star Of The Sacred“ is on the field you will draw a card when you summon „Sacred Ptolemys Messier 7“ by overlaying it on top of another „Sacred“ Xyz Monster
*The effect of this card is an Ignition Effect ad can only be activated during your Main Phase
Special Pack Rulings
- Spoiler:
- Slifer The Sky Dragon
*If you tribute Sangan or Dandylion to summon Slifer The Sky Dragon than the effects of those monsters aren't activated.
*If both Slifer The Sky Dragon and King Tiger Wanghu are on the field on the same time than whenever monster with more than 1400 ATK Normal Summoned or Special Summoned in attack position on your opponent side of the field, only effect of Slifer The Sky Dragon will activate.
*If a monster with 1400 or Less ATK is summoned King Tiger Wanghu and Slifer The Sky Dragon will form a chain where you will chose which effect is placed as which chain Link
*If you special summon Slifer The Sky Dragon and if it's flipped face down and flipped back Face-up It will still be sent to grave during the End Phase
*If you special summon Slifer The Sky Dragon and during the End Phase it is face down than it is not Sent to grave while face-down. However Slifer the Sky Dragon effect will activate during each End Phase as long as it remains face-up.
*The effect of Slifer The Sky Dragon which reduces attack and destroys is a trigger effect and can be chained to.
*The attack gaining effect of Slifer The Sky Dragon is a continous one and cannot be chained to.
*Cards like Solemn Warning and Solemn Judgment can't negate Normal summon of Slifer The Sky Dragon.
Dorogorado
*The effect to Special Summon 1 Normal Monster from grave will not activate if this card is special summoned
*Tributing a monster is a cost. Tributing monster like „Light Pulsar Dragon“ will make „Light Pulsar Dragon“ miss timing.
*You can not chose an Xyz Monster as a target for this card effect.
**Example „You can't chose Evolkaiser Lagia to set it level to 8 and increase it's attack by 800“
Heat Haze Beast Hippograffo
*Any attack this card gains through it's own effect is permanent, as long as this card remians on the field.
*Tributing 1 FIRE Monster is a cost.
Alpacaribu, Sacred Beast of the Forrest
*If this card is in face-down attack position due to the effect of „Darkness Approaches“ and is attacked it is not destroyed.
Eco, Holly Spirit Of The Forest
*If Skill Drain is on the field when this card is summoned this card will still inflict damage.
*Special Summon Of This card starts a chain.
*Special Summoning and Inflicting Damage happens at the same time.
Kabutron
*You can send a monster treated as an Equip card to grave to activate this effect.
*You can use Effect of Kabutron just once per turn, even if you summon a new one.
*Sending card to graveyard is a cost.
*You can't send a Trap Monster to the graveyard to cost of this card
Snowdust Dragon
*If the summon of this card is negated the Ice Counters are Still Removed.
Snow Dragon
*This card will not affect monsters that are in Spell and Trap zone
Fishborg Launcher
*Even if you have multiple Fishborg Launchers in Graveyard you can only activate 1 of them per turn.
*If this card is used as an Xyz Material than it's not removed when detatched.

*This effect of this card starts a chain

Great Gallant Demonic Angel, Rosarian
*Banishing 1 Monster from your graveyard is a cost
*The effect of this card can only be activated during your own Main Phase.
*This card can't be summoned from deck by Lonefire Blossom
Ma'at
*Sending 1 face-up LIGHT Dragon-Type and 1 face-up LIGHT Fairy-Type monster you control to the Graveyard is a cost. If the summon is negated monsters remain in Grave.
*If Macro Cosmoss/Dimensional Fissure are face up on the field than you cannot summon this card since you can't send cards to grave.
*The ATK this card gets through it's effect is permanent. If you activate this card again than the new attack value will be set and not gained. So the ATK of this card can never exceed 3000 no matter how many times you use its eff.
Masked HERO Acid
*This card can't be summoned from Graveyard or Banished Zone even if it was properly summoned with Mask Change
*The effect that reduces attack of opponents monsters by 300 is not a continuous eff and will only affect the monsters who were on the field when Masked HERO Acid Was summoned
Masked HERO Daian
*This card can't be summoned from Graveyard or Banished Zone even if it was properly summoned with Mask Change
Gravity Warrior
*The effect that lets Gravity Warrior gain 300 ATK only counts the monsters that were on the opponents field when Gravity Warrior was summoned and does not change.
*Gravity Warrior can select a monster that already attacked and was changed to Defense Position like Goblin Attack Force
Purgatory Dragon – Ogre Dragon
*Even if you have 1 or more cards in your hand when resolving the effect of this card, the effect will resolve properly.
*You can only activate this card effect in a response to activation of a card. You can not negate effect of a card like „Gateway Of The Six“ or „Geartown“.
Photon Sanctuary
*If you already Summoned Non-LIGHT monster this turn you can't activate Photon Sanctuary
*You can tribute these tokens to summon Light And Darkness Dragon.

As it's worded right now Verz Castor looks like a Continuous effect, not an Ignition. I don't see anything saying it is and ignition either.

I thought the same but Wikia(and some other people) says it's ignition and it's worded a bit differently than Ninishi so for now consider it ignition.

it is an ignition, according to the wording it is more like swap frog. It also doesn't have a "while this card is face up" or any wording that would mark a continous effect.

Same deal as with Black Garden, so far the effect that reduces attack is considered Trigger effect therefore if a monster with 1400+ ATK is summoned only Slifer activates. Because when it's summoned it doesn't meet Wanghu Requirements.

Also I about Verz Castor, DN Text is somewhat misleading, you can use it once per turn not once while he is face up. I added it to rullings

If a monster becomes 0 ATK through a face-up Burden of the Mighty when it is summoned, does Slifer still kill it? (I would assume not, since Slifer is not the reason it became 0)

With the known card text of Slifer, Slifer won't kill if the ATK of the summoned monster already at 0 or the ATK of that monster becomes 0 not by Slifer.

Exactly, only monsters whose attack is reduced to 0 by Slifer will be destroyed.
However, if Burden Of The Mighty is on the feild and you summon lets say Scrap Dragon, than you first apply continuous effect of Burden Of The Mighty which would reduce scrap dragon to 2000 atk than you apply Slifer The Sky Dragon eff which will reduce Scrap Dragon effect to 0 and destroy it.

btw, base on rulings and similarity between Slifer and Venom Swamp, I suppose Stardust Dragon can't stop Slifer's eff to destroy a monster that ATK drop to 0 by Slifer right?

The text on DN is correct one it's only during the Turn it is normal summoned and it's only once. Also Verz Castor, Sacred Leonis and Sacred Pollux are all actually continuous effects.
