Skill drain + inzektor equip.

I took this out of the Inzektor rulings post because it was going back and forth with different opinions and it's pretty deep in. As an inzektor user this particular ruling is pretty important to me so i'd like one of you nice people with colored names To settle the debate.

If an inzektor (lets say Dragonfly) is on the field and 2 turns ago it equiped say an ant with it's effect. When this turn my opponent activates skill drain is my equiped ant destroyed?

The Green name already answer this in Inzecter Ruling page 3

but it negates monster effect on Field. Damsel's effect negated and make Hornet that equipped by Damsel goes to grave. Damsel can't trigger it's effect cos Skill Drain still face-up on field

Ah you're right. I must have missed it among all the other posts going back n forth. Gotta go with the green name. It gets destroyed if equiped by Inzektor on field's effect. But not if equiped via it's own effect from hand (mantis and weevil) or via the trap that lets you switch monsters from non equips to equips. That ends that debate hopefully.
