Malefics + skill drain

Hi everyone, can malefic monsters (like malefic stardust) be normal summoned like a level 4 or lower monster with skill drain active on the field and without to remove the necessary monster?? if thats correct, why it is that way?? im a little confuse.

No, the effect of not being able to be normal summoned is a condition(as well as having multiple malefics on the field) and cannot be negated.

However, why would you want to? With skill drain up, you can just SS it and it won't be destroyed, nor will it stop your other mons from attacking.

then change the part where it says normal summoned to special summoned, that way malefic monsters can be summon without removing the necessary mosnter?

i make the question cause i fought against a malefic deck and the guy with that deck summoned those monsters that way, and i dunno the ruling of why is that posible, i know that skill drain only negates eff from the field, not from the hand, but i think im missing something, what is it?

No, you still need to remove the designated monsters...

An undestructable army of malefics thanks to one card, I love you skill drain. You were always there for me when the world gave up but you refused for us to die in vain.
