How to adjust spell counters.

While dueling I couldn't find an option to change my current spell counters on each of my cards. So can I get some help on what to do about it please?

It is not currently in the system yet.
The update coming soon will however, have a "Note" function which you can keep track of counters, atk/def, stars, etc.
