lol no it didn't, and as can be seen, the last time i edited it was at Today at 4:58 pm and your post was at 9:31 pm. and it never said normal summon in the first place, you just didn't read the card

Meh, either way. You get this out and your opponent is screwed if they don't have a Solemn.

This card is unaffected by all your card effects.......
If skill drain is face up first Your card still is negated Intell its removed from the feild.

If it were usable it'd be totally broken.
