Maybe try
- 1 spirit reaper
- 1 effect velier
+ 2 Pot of duality
I think both spirit reaper and velier would be just fine at 2 due to them having pretty good potential to be dead draws.

You might as well add exodia if you want to piss off your opponent further by having 2 or 3 win conditions.

I'm assuming rabbit.dek can't beat this. Seems like a pain to go against but it loses pretty hard to Inzektors since they just pop everything and you can't have Veilers all the time.
