Fissure vs T.G. blade blaster/Shooting Star
I have 1 T.G. blade blaster on field, 1 COTH face down, 1 Shooting star in my grave... opponent active fissure, I chain fissure to COTH and target shooting star in my grave, smashing ground chain link1, coth chain link 2, coth resolve and special summon shooting star from grave... Then, his fissure become targeting a monster on field and he target my T.G. blade blaster... Now the question is... opponent said that although fissure from not targeting a monster on field become targeting a monster on field, but it will not formed a new chain, and I can't chain it to shooting star effect or T.G. blade blaster effect...?

No, you cannot, of course. Fissure never target. Seriously, you need to re-learn about "target".

you're still resolving a chain, you cannot activate shooting in the middle of resolving chain.
whether fissure is targeting isn't the real problem (it just destroy smallest ATK monster when resolved)

Selecting at resolution is not "targeting".

So... then selecting at activation doesn't target too...? For example... I have T.G. blade blaster and Shooting star on field, opponent active fissure, then it will pick my monster to destroy without target the monster...?

Indeed. Cards with a similar text do not target, such as Smashing ground, they only give you a choice to select the monster to destroy at resolution in case a monster is matched in ATK or DEF stats.
As for Activating Shooting star, you cannot. A chain must resolve in order for a new chain to start, in this case, Shooting star was summoned as part of a chain (Chain link 2) thus Chain link 1 has to resolve for another effect to start a new chain.

So... Picking monster to destroy is during resolution of it's effect... and doesn't start a chain, so that's why people side fissure to against a watt lock deck... well... thanks you guys for answer and response my question... I appreciate it...
