Is DN Down? I can't connect... Empty Is DN Down? I can't connect...

This isn't just your regular "can't connect" thing. My browser is actually timing out when I try to get on. Been this way since I disconnected about an hour ago. So is DN down or is it just me? And if it's just me, what do I do?
